1. Joining our community
These Terms of Service apply to do3dplus.com, the Do3D Plus seller portal, and our related services (“Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Do3D Plus. By accepting these terms or using the Services after receiving notice of them, you agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to open an account, buy, or sell. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Our Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and any additional seller or service terms you accept also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Finding the right purchase
Listings may offer digital files, physical products, tutorials, or services. Before ordering, check what is included, who the seller is, the license, compatibility, sizing, delivery details, and any return or cancellation terms. Digital files are downloads, not physical products, unless the listing says otherwise.
For custom work and services, agree on the scope, timing, and deliverables before work begins. Prices and applicable charges are shown with your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains a genuine pricing error, we may cancel it and arrange any refund due.
If you have an order or download issue, contact the seller or info@do3dplus.com with your order number. Returns, refunds, and cancellations follow our Refund Policy and the applicable listing terms.
3. Using digital files
Digital products are licensed for the use stated in the listing. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design. Unless an express license says otherwise, digital files are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or made available to others. Commercial use requires a license that expressly permits it.
You may keep private working and backup copies for your permitted use. Check that you have the necessary software, equipment, and skills. Updates and continued download access are provided as stated for the purchase. A license does not grant rights in third-party intellectual property that the seller is not authorized to license.
4. Sharing your work
We welcome creators, makers, and suppliers with work they own or are authorized to sell. You retain the rights you own in your creations. Provide accurate descriptions, clear purchase terms, and helpful communication.
Sellers are responsible for their content, listings, products, services, and transactions, including the rights to sell, lawful operation, product safety, required warnings, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, and taxes. Sellers must honor their commitments to buyers and comply with applicable laws. Any tax obligations imposed on the marketplace remain with the marketplace.
Seller fees, commissions, and payout arrangements follow the terms accepted during onboarding or in a separate seller agreement. We do not guarantee sales, earnings, traffic, or search placement. Customer information may be used only for order fulfillment, support, and other lawful purposes.
5. Your content and our community
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit. You grant Do3D Plus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, including permission to use service providers, to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content to operate the Services and fulfill orders. We may use your public listing images, descriptions, and shop name to promote your work and the marketplace. This does not transfer ownership or give us permission to sell your source files outside the licenses you offer.
Do not use the Services for fraud, infringement, unlawful products, misleading listings, harassment, review manipulation, spam, misuse of personal information, or interference with accounts or systems.
To report an intellectual property issue, email info@do3dplus.com with the listing link, identification of the affected work or right, your contact details, and an explanation. We may request supporting information, remove content, or restrict accounts. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and follow applicable notice and counter-notice procedures.
6. Our role as a marketplace
For independent sellers’ listings, Do3D Plus provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers. The identified seller is responsible for the item or service and its fulfillment. Hosting a listing, facilitating payment, or offering support does not make Do3D Plus its designer, manufacturer, or service provider.
We do not guarantee independent sellers’ statements, rights, product quality, safety, legality, or ability to complete a transaction. Listing approval or promotion is not a certification or guarantee. Sellers act independently; joining the marketplace does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or general agency relationship. Where Do3D itself is the identified seller, it acts as the seller.
7. Printing and third-party services
Printing and making results depend on your equipment, materials, settings, scaling, assembly, and use. You are responsible for assessing suitability and following applicable instructions. Cosplay and decorative helmets, armor, masks, and props are not certified protective equipment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do3D Plus is not responsible for print failures, material waste, fit issues, or losses arising from your printing, modification, assembly, or use of objects made from digital files. Third-party websites, tools, and services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or performance.
8. Access to the Services
We may remove content, restrict or suspend accounts, or discontinue access when we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these terms, fraud, a security concern, or a need to protect the marketplace or comply with law. We may also change or discontinue features, with notice where required. Account closure does not remove outstanding obligations, existing customer licenses, or rights that survive termination.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement concerning the Services and independent sellers’ listings, except for express commitments we make.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, or that the Services will meet every expectation. You use third-party content and services at your own risk, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Do3D Plus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, opportunities, or data arising from the Services, third-party listings, or these terms.
Where lawful, our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Do3D Plus for the affected product or service, including platform fees, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Amounts collected solely for an independent seller are not platform fees. This limit does not reduce refunds or seller payouts otherwise properly owed.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Do3D Plus and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your content, products or services, misuse of the Services, breach of these terms, or violation of law or another party’s rights.
We may control the defense and settlement of a covered claim, and you agree to cooperate. You may not settle a claim by imposing an obligation or admission on us without our written consent. This provision does not transfer responsibility for our own unlawful conduct to you.
12. Disputes and general terms
Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving their transaction disputes. We may help at our discretion, but assistance does not guarantee an outcome or create a separate insurance or purchase-protection program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Do3D Plus from claims arising from disputes with other users or third parties. This does not release our own conduct or obligations where the law does not permit it.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date, with notice or renewed agreement where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change completed purchases. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
