Digital delivery

Digital models and downloadable tutorials are delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped unless expressly included. Follow the access instructions in your order or delivery email. Delivery may depend on payment confirmation or a stated preorder release date. If a link is missing, check your email address and spam folder, then contact us with your order number.

Physical shipping

Shipping destinations, charges, production time, and delivery estimates depend on the item and seller and are shown in the listing or checkout. Made-to-order production time is separate from transit time. Items from different sellers may ship separately. Tracking is provided when available.

Please provide an accurate address and contact the seller promptly about corrections. Changes may not be possible after shipment. International orders may involve customs clearance and any import charges disclosed as payable by the buyer.

Services and live tutorials

Delivery follows the schedule, format, and scope agreed with the provider. Confirm any appointments, measurements, reference materials, and other requirements before work begins.

Delays or delivery issues

Carrier and customs delays can affect delivery estimates. If an order is late, missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact the seller or our support email with the order details. Sellers must comply with applicable shipping deadlines and provide any legally required delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds.

Responsibilities

The identified seller is responsible for fulfilling the order. Do3D Plus is not the carrier or manufacturer of independent sellers’ products and does not guarantee third-party delivery estimates. For Do3D’s own listings, Do3D acts as the seller. Nothing in this policy excludes obligations or rights imposed by applicable law.
