Does anyone know how to get updates on an already purchased item? These folks just refuse to respond to my requests. I don't want to keep buying if they were supposed to be free....
I've tried message, email, IG, but nothing....

Hello Sung, email is the best way to request the update for the orders placed before the new/current website launched. Please contact info@do3d.com directly not social media channels. If you used a different email address, please be sure to let us know that email address as well so we can look up your old orders. Thank you.
