I purchansed this a few weeks back and I have printed off 3 of these (in 3 different scales) with little to no success on the motorization of the helmet, it seems that the servo arms are too short and do not allow the faceplate to move higher than 2 inches open. Has anyone had any success with this? Thanks.

I do not but its pretty straight forward (I think), the easiest way to figure out what goes where is to dump all of the original (Non-modified) STLs (you can exclude adding the jaw and ear pieces) into Meshmixer, this will show you where all of the parts go.
The issue here is that the geared hole on the servo arms are too big and do not fit the MG90S servos, then the piece that goes into the helmet does not have the holes for the helper arms. The next issue is that same piece seems to be too short. It also seems that the helper arms are too short and when everything is put together it does not open at all. I emailed Do3D about this, I am still waiting to hear back...
Did you try reaching out to DO3D directly? If so, did you get a response? I am curious which motor they recommend using and if there's some sort of guide. If not, I am sure I can figure it out with enough time. Just wish they attached some sort of guide.
How do get the updates? I've contacted do3d multiple times and they just don't respond. I remember when I bought the MK85 suit, it said lifetime update. Was I wrong? If I was at least respond. If anyone knows a better way to get the updates, please let me know. Thanks.

Did you get a response? I purchased it today and am looking for support on what the original size was for the suit.
I also reached out about consolidating some files I purchased without an account and the account I now have but I don't think I've heard back. It's only been a couple days though.

Is there a guide for all the extra little pieces and bits for how to put it all together?
