Harnessing, strapping, and mounting
The goal: Create something that is adjustable, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing!
This part has been by THE HARDEST BY FAR for me!!!
After many attempts with duct tape, super glue, and EVEN INDUSTRIAL VELCRO!
With the help of a friend, I have FINALLY found a method that has given me some promising results and hopefully can help anyone else trying to wear their 3D printed cosplay parts.
If you didn’t care to watch my video detailing how I did it (although I truly believe it best conveys how to do it)
Here’s a summary of where I’m at so far….

Step 1 - Create a Harness system
This one isn’t too difficult as there are a plethora of resources and people who have done this before me. Nothing unique here, but bellow you can see my harness system. (Note: legs have not been harnessed yet)

Step 2 – Strap Armor Together!
With a friends’ help, I found the best way to get web strapping to hold to armor is with these 3d printed mounts.

Link for the file
Now the original file was a bit hard for feeding through my 1 in strapping so if your using that size, you’ll probably want to resize this file.
(or go to our discord and request that custom file from a member)
I have so far mounted these to my armor with hot glue only and they hold on VERY firmly, once I’m happy with the placement, ill permanently weld these to the armor.
Here are some pics with my current mount points:

Step 3 – Adjust
TEST, test, and more tests. Having this adjustable system has greatly helped me getting the sems fairly close. (Still a WIP...)
Currently, I’m working on trimming and a method to add padding inside of the suit to be more comfortable and adjusted Perfectly together.

Hope this guide is of some help to you all.
Got ideas or improvement suggestions? PLEASE comment them bellow!

The Capella Advantage: How Assessments Shape Career-Ready Graduates
In the fast-evolving world of higher education, the need for practical, skills-based learning has never been greater. With the demand for professionals who are not just academically qualified but also equipped with real-world Capella Flexpath Assessment, institutions are being challenged to rethink how student progress and knowledge are evaluated. Capella University stands at the forefront of this change, offering a transformative approach to education through its innovative assessment model.
This article delves into how Capella Assessments work, what makes them different, and why they are a cornerstone of Capella's career-aligned academic experience.
A Shift from Grades to Competencies
Capella University operates on a competency-based education model, which fundamentally differs from traditional college education. Instead of measuring student performance with arbitrary letter grades or timed exams, Capella uses assessments to evaluate how well students can apply specific, job-relevant skills in real-life scenarios.
Every Capella course is centered around defined competencies—clearly stated outcomes that students must demonstrate in order to successfully complete the course. These competencies are drawn from academic standards and industry benchmarks, ensuring that learning is aligned with what employers expect from professionals in the field.
What Exactly Are Capella Assessments?
At its core, a Capella Assessment is a practical demonstration of skill mastery. Students are not asked to take tests with multiple-choice questions or write theoretical essays with no direct application. Instead, they are tasked with real-world challenges such as:
Writing strategic business plans
Conducting a comprehensive healthcare assessment
Creating educational lesson plans
Preparing legal or ethical analyses
Drafting marketing strategies
Designing leadership development models
These assessments resemble actual job tasks students will encounter after graduation. By completing them, learners prove that they can apply their knowledge in relevant, meaningful ways.
Clear Expectations: The Role of Rubrics
A unique feature of Capella Assessments is the use of detailed scoring guides or rubrics. Each assessment comes with a comprehensive rubric that defines what is expected at various levels of performance: Non-Performance, nurs fpx 4015 assessment 6, Proficient, and Distinguished.
These rubrics serve as a roadmap for students:
Transparency: Students know in advance what will be assessed.
Clarity: Each criterion is clearly defined, reducing ambiguity.
Accountability: Learners are held to professional and academic standards.
With this level of detail, students can focus their efforts and understand how to achieve excellence rather than aimlessly striving for an unclear goal.
Real-Time Application and Portfolio Building
One of the often-overlooked advantages of Capella’s assessment model is the portfolio of work that students build throughout their program. Because assessments are real-world projects, students graduate with tangible proof of their skills—documents, strategies, analyses, and presentations they can show to potential employers.
Rather than just listing a degree on a resume, Capella graduates can demonstrate:
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Communication and project management skills
Technical or industry-specific knowledge
Strategic and leadership competencies
This portfolio approach provides a significant advantage in today’s job market, where practical evidence of ability often speaks louder than GPA.
Assessment as a Process, Not a Punishment
Unlike traditional grading systems, where a poor test result can permanently affect a student’s final grade, Capella allows for revisions and resubmissions of assessments. This iterative model recognizes that learning is a process. Students are encouraged to revise their work based on detailed faculty feedback and re-submit to meet higher levels of mastery.
This format builds resilience and promotes a growth mindset. It mimics the real world, where professionals often receive feedback and are expected to refine their work to meet organizational standards. It’s not just about getting it right the first time—it’s about learning to do it better over time.
Faculty as Mentors
Capella’s faculty do more than assess student work; they guide students toward mastery. Each instructor provides thoughtful, individualized feedback designed to help learners improve their work and deepen their understanding.
This supportive environment fosters collaboration between instructors and students. Instead of fearing grades, students engage in conversations about quality, expectations, and improvement. The goal is to develop competence, not to simply earn a score.
FlexPath and GuidedPath: Two Roads to Mastery
Capella offers two learning formats: GuidedPath and FlexPath, both of which use assessments to measure progress.
GuidedPath follows a more traditional term-based schedule, with set deadlines and weekly participation.
FlexPath, on the other hand, is a self-paced learning format. Students can submit assessments as soon as they’re nurs fpx 4025 assessment 1, moving faster through familiar material or spending more time where needed.
Both paths prioritize competency and use assessments as the primary measure of learning—but FlexPath offers added flexibility for working adults and self-directed learners.
Support That Enhances Assessment Success
Capella doesn’t leave students to figure out assessments alone. The university provides a variety of support systems to ensure student success:
Academic Coaches: Help students set goals and manage their pace.
Tutoring Services: Offer subject-specific help.
Writing Center: Assists with grammar, structure, and formatting.
Research Librarians: Help locate credible sources and research material.
Tech Support: Ensures assessments are submitted correctly and systems run smoothly.
These resources are available throughout a student’s academic journey and play a critical role in mastering assessments.
Career Readiness Starts Here
The ultimate purpose of Capella Assessments is to prepare students for the real world. By the time learners graduate, they are ready to contribute meaningfully to their organizations. They’ve already done the kind of work they will be asked to do in the field. This practical advantage makes Capella graduates not just degree holders, but professionals equipped with verified skills.
Employers today value what candidates can actually do over what they’ve studied in theory. Capella's assessment approach addresses that need by ensuring students demonstrate knowledge through applicable, professional-level work.
A New Standard for Higher Education
Capella’s assessment model is more than a grading tool—it’s a commitment to high-quality, career-aligned education. It represents a shift from traditional academic models to a more purposeful, outcomes-driven experience. It’s built for adult learners, working professionals, and anyone who wants their education to reflect real job skills.
With a clear structure, opportunity for revision, individualized feedback, and a portfolio of real-world accomplishments, Capella Assessments redefine what it means to succeed in higher education.
Conclusion
In an era where higher education must evolve to meet the demands of modern nurs fpx 4035 assessment 1, Capella University offers a forward-thinking solution through its assessment-based learning model. These assessments are not just tasks to check off a list—they’re immersive, skill-focused projects that mirror the challenges of the workplace.
By empowering students to demonstrate true competence, revise their work, and build a portfolio of achievements, Capella doesn’t just grant degrees—it develops professionals. And in the end, that’s what education should be all about.
