I started out a little over a year ago with a cr20 pro as my first printer, then just a few months ago i started making and donating covid 19 masks, now i have 4 ender3s, a cr10, and a cr10 s5, ive printed a few things with abs but mostly stick with pla, im using cura 4.6 for slicing, tinkercad for creating and am now using armorsmith to help scale the do3d ironman mark iii suit for my 8 year old son. I enjoy using tinkercad becsuse its like a cad for dummies so its easier for me to understand, i dont like the restrictions on size of imports because it makes it difficult to modify some projects, cura has its challenges but of the programs ive tried it seems to be the most user friendly and so i like to stick with what is easiest to navigate for me. I havent used armorsmith enough yet to tell you what i do or dont like about it, im still feeling my way through it. With the covid 19 masks, ive printed more in the last month than i have since ive started printing, ive been able to make and donate over 250 masks to local hospitals, fire, and police stations, as well as individuals, i am including some pictures of my masks as well as my start on my mark iii suit, go easy its my first big project
